Can you paint a wooden desk with wall paint?
My desk has paint already on it, but it looks bad so i want to repaint it. I have some white wall paint and i was wondering if i can use that.
no dont use that, it is probably painted with oil so you have to use oil or it wont stick if you are inexperienced using oil paint forget about it…………..you can primer it then use a good water clean up paint like kelly moore durapoxy or pittsburgh pitt tech both super tough, to find out if it is oil put a dab of your wall paint on it and let dry overnight the try to rub off with a wooden stir stick if it comes off easily you got oil if it sticks good then use the paint I suggested good luck from TEXAS
